What I thought of it:
WHO'S UP FOR SOME WARRIOR RABBITS? I can't believe it. Rabbit. Warriors. What more could you possibly want? Here. I'll give you a homemade summary.
Heather and her little brother, Picket, are in the fields of their home, playing a game called star seek. It's a ribbon combined with a few sticks, and it gives you endless fun! They play for hours (I hope) and then, the "star" flies into a tree... the one tree that they can't go past. How will they get their star back? Once they finally do (which results in Picket fainting), they go home in the pouring rain.
The next morning, when they wake up, they find out that there's an old rabbit who is in their home. The night before, they were told of the Great King Jupiter, who was pretty amazing, the way their father describes it.
Things get more and more intense as they are sent to pick berries, things like getting chased by wolves.
How I Found Out About it:
Honestly, I have no clue whatsoever. I think my mom bought it for me and I was like YES PLEASE. I mean, they're warrior rabbits! That's even better than warrior cats!
What You Should Know:
This book might be a bit confusing at first (if you're in second grade), but you'll get the hang of it. When I tried (and failed) to understand it in 2nd grade, it was like trying to read the label of Italian cheese upside down and backward. I think that my brain was crusted over with dumbness or something because I just. Couldn't. Understand IT.
How Many Stars:
Four!
