Max's parents are both going away to get his mom better medical care. They leave him at their house with his cousin, Alex. Alex is funny, and a great cousin. When she and Max realize that his parents have to pay bills, they know that they need to get money. How? After selling everything in Max's house, they only have 1,000 dollars. That's hardly enough. 
After they find a mysterious chest in a secret room in Max's house, they sell it since they can't find a single thing in it. Alex and Max soon realize there is something in there... something that will change their lives.

WOW. WOW WOW WOW WOW WOW.  This book is like a combination of the Alchemyst (hey! I can review that!! 😉) and something else hehe I don't know...

ANYWHO... I really liked this book and I suggest that you read it... or else (Just kidding you'll live)! Max is a very... unusual character. He has that thing where you smell feelings... *googles it* synesthesia! That's it... yeah. (Also it's in that other book... oh... yes! *evil laughter*) 

How I Found Out About it:

My mom bought it for my brother, I think. Anyway, 😎😎😎😎😎 that's such a great emoji, right? I mean, and this one: 🐱‍💻🐱‍🐉🐱‍👓🐱‍🚀🐱‍🏍 even though I'm a dog person 😉. 

What You Should Know:

Max Tilt is that kind of "adventure" book, I guess. You know those books where the main character(s) have a set of clues and they go around the globe, uncovering the secrets and stuff? Well, that's what Max Tilt is like! 🙂
